| Accessing the collections |
Our Unicorn catalogue enables users to search the entire holdings of the National Meteorological Library and Archive.
Records have been added to a catalogue since the 1860s, with electronic cataloguing of all items since 1972. Records of older items have been digitised and are now included in the online catalogue.

Should you find an item on the catalogue you wish to see, please contact the Library or Archive as appropriate, quoting the record number if possible.
- Items held at the Archive all have a shelf mark starting ARCHIVE
- All other shelf marks are held in the Library
The database is updated continually as new material is received and catalogued, including books, journal articles, reports and pamphlets.
