For older items

To search for new material added more than six weeks ago, choose one of the following options depending on what you are looking for.

New articles by journal title

• Go to the online catalogue
• Select periodical title from the drop down menu and type in the title of the journal (you can use the $ for plurals etc.)
• Select the relevant record from the search results and click on details
• Look down the record and select click here for articles
• The most recently added will appear at the top of the list

All new articles or books

• Go to the online catalogue
• Select Switch to Power Search
• From the drop-down menu select the material format
• Enter the year of publication (e.g. 2008 or >2007) to restrict the list to recent items
• Now click on search for a list of articles with those most recently added appearing at the top
