The 2004/5 Annual Report and Accounts from the Met Office was officially published yesterday. The Annual Report looks back on the work of the Met Office over the past 12 months - which included issuing more than 140 warnings of severe weather during the exceptionally wet Summer of 2004. The report also looks forward to 2005/6, during which we aim to deliver even greater value for money and advance our world-class performance as a meteorological agency.
