The day may start quite misty, with local fog around the coasts and in the dales, but otherwise it should be a bright day with sunshine at times. An isolated shower could still occur, however.

Weather
Early mist or fog patches in the dales will soon lift. Otherwise it should be a bright day with sunshine at times although a few showers could still occur, mainly in the east.

Good visibility generally but locally moderate or poor in fog or showers. / Cloud base 900m or above generally.
Wind/temperature/freezing level
Variable 10 to 15 mph / Plus 14 degc / Above the summits

Outlook for Monday

Mondays weather will be similar to the weekends, with early mist patches lifting but with the risk of a few showers developing. Southeasterly winds will be up to 20 mph.

Outlook for Tuesday

Tuesday again will start rather misty in some of the dales but it will soon brighten up. Sunny intervals are likely for the rest of the day but showers will also develop, some heavy and prolonged. Southeasterly winds will be up to 25mph.

Outlook for Wednesday

Starting misty again in some of the dales but soon brightening up, although a few showers could still occur. Light to moderate southwesterly winds.
