Then on Friday, Saturday and Sunday conditions will remain generally unsettled with either showers or longer spells of rain at times, although there will also be some drier and brighter intervals in between with some sunshine. Then as we head through the following week the weather is expected to gradually become more settled, especially in southern and eastern areas where it will become mainly dry and bright. However further north and west there are likely to be further showers or spells of rain at times. Temperatures will be generally near normal, although it will become warm at times in any sunnier conditions.
